The 10th and last special of the 17th Sertões International Rally marked a fast race through Rio Grande do Norte lands. On bikes, Denísio do Nascimento made the fastest time, 1h12min09, leaving Jakub Przygonski with the second place, riding in 1h12min30, and the five times champion Zé Hélio in the third position, riding the special in 1h13min46.
It was hard thinking that someone else but Zé would win on bikes, since he opened large advantage over Deni since halfway the race. Sérgio Henrique Klaumann, aka Ike, made the fourth best time in the day, totaling 1h14min26. Juca Bala placed fifth, with1h15min22.
Polish pilot Jacek Czachor was sixth, riding in 1h15min40, followed by Leo Uratani, 1h16min34, Guto Klaumann, 1h18min44, Rodolpho Mattheis, 1h18min53, and Sérgio Ferraz Filho, 1h19min26.
Champions Following Zé Hélio, Sertões 2009 champion, came Denísio do Nascimento, 59min13 behind Zé. Juca Bala was third, riding 1h28min49 more than him.
Guto Klaumann placed fourth, in 2h24min13. Jacek Czachor got fifth place, adding up 2h56min30 to his Grand Total.
With this good result, Rodolpho Mattheis placed sixth, with 2h56min41, Dimas Mattos was seventh, 4h00min47, Jakub Przygonski was eight, scoring 6h10min21 total time more than Zé Hélio, Leo Uratani is ninth, with 8h37min02, and Ike Klaumann closes the ten first places, 11h07min39 behind. All times are extra-official.
